Purpose/Objective
The objective of the Product Staircase is to give you a visual tool you can use to create a complete product offering aligned with your 1:1:1 Framework.
What you will learn
The product staircase will help you visually create a three-tier product offering consisting of a downsell, a core offer (Hero Product) and an upsell.
Downsell Offer – Free or low-value offer designed to help people experience what you have to offer by understand or solve an immediate problem they are facing.
Core Offer/Hero Program – The key program, product or service you are known for and solves the one problem your avatar is experiencing
Upsell Offer – Additional products or services you can sell to people to help them accelerate their results i.e. retreats or continue working with you post-consumption of your core offer
